The PGPM 2026 batch at Great Lakes Institute of Management will be formally inaugurated by Shri P. Chidambaram, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha Former Union Minister of Finance and Home Affairs, Government of India. CXO Talks

This academic year welcomes a cohort of driven, dynamic individuals ready to embark on a journey of rigorous learning, leadership development, and professional excellence. With diverse perspectives and aspirations, they will enrich the Great Lakes community and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

In the orientation week itself, students will also gain early industry exposure through sessions with leaders like Ms. Geetanjali Chugh Kothari (CMO, Future Generali Life Insurance), Sreedhar Gade (VP at Freshworks, Madan Menon (COO, Sqwire), Sijo Kuruvilla (CBO, Appmaker), and many more. Skill Based Workshops

Our skill-based workshops for the PGPM Batch of 2026 are specifically curated to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application. Project Sanjyog

Project Sanjyog at Great Lakes Institute of Management (GLIM) is an immersive experiential learning program within the broader Karma Yoga initiative. Through an out inbound experience, students step outside their urban comforts, living in tents, cooking their own meals, and adapting to a simpler, community-oriented lifestyle. This hands-on approach promotes leadership development, teamwork, adaptability, and social awareness, fostering a deep sense of empathy and responsibility towards society.

Induction into Student Life

The induction program for the PGPM 2026 batch is designed to ease students into the academic and cultural fabric of Great Lakes. It includes orientation sessions, ice-breakers, team-building activities, and introductions to the various clubs and committees that enrich student life. A key component is the CXO Talk Series, where senior industry leaders and alumni engage with students, offering valuable insights on leadership, career growth, and the evolving business landscape. The Flagship PGPM One Year MBA Program is for professionals with over 2 years of work experience across diverse industries and functions. The PGPM Class of 2026 has an average work experience of 3.2 years. Prominent industries represented by the class include IT/ITES, BFSI, Consulting, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Automobile, Advertising, etc., with experience in a number of functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Software Development and Testing, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Audit, etc.
