The Great Lakes Institute of Management was once again a preferred choice of talent for recruiters during the Summer Internship process for the eighth batch of PGDM Class of 2020-22. The season witnessed participation from corporates such as McKinsey & Company, JP Morgan Chase, BNY Mellon, Wall Street Advisory, CRISIL, Dell, Ford, HP, Nestlé, ITC, Adobe, CEAT, Outlook, Gravitas AI to name a few and offering roles across domains like Sales & Marketing, Analytics, Consulting, Finance and Operations.

Key Highlights

  • All 160 students participating in the summer internship process (6 opted for projects on their own - off campus) received offers from 50+ corporates in a diverse set of companies across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Operations and Consulting domains
  • Most profiles were offered in Sales & Marketing (49%) and Finance (26%), followed by Analytics (16%) and Operations (9%)
  • BFSI industry made the most offers (40%), followed by IT/ITES (18%), EdTech (11%),  Media (8%) and FMCG (6%)
  • Highest stipend of INR 3,36,000 offered for the internship period
  • Average stipend of INR 85,967 and median stipend of INR 75,000 offered for the internship period
