Recruitment Process

Message from Group Director - Corporate & Career Services (CCS):

Dear Esteemed Recruiters,

Academic Year 2020-2021 has shown us that “Change is not a matter of ability, but always a matter of motivation”. An ingenious workforce with the ability to weather the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and ambiguous situations and environment is the need of the hour.

Ever since its inception in 2004, Great Lakes has fostered some of the brightest minds in the country, cultured with creativity, awareness, and business readiness. The pandemic has only challenged us to come up with innovative solutions to uphold the standards of imparting knowledge. The esteemed faculty members indulge students in challenging and industry-relevant curriculum to shape them into skilled, goal-oriented professionals.

The Corporate & Career Services (CCS) function has successfully conceived and launched Career Acceleration Program (CAP), with the sole objective of bridging the gap between academic learning and real-time skill requisites. We advocate experiential and inspirational learning through Annual events on trending topics, Global Thought Leader series and much more, with the support of our Corporate Partners, Alumni and Stalwarts who have blazed trails in the Corporate World.

Our students at Great Lakes go through a balanced and immersive curriculum covering core and elective courses over their program duration offered by our faculty with substantiated industrial experience as well. The faculty and the student co-author research articles that have been recognized by leading newspapers like the Economic Times and live mint. Our students hone their management skills through their interactions with top leaders in reputed organizations through Career Acceleration Program and live projects.

At Great Lakes, we regularly update the course pedagogy in relevance to the dynamic industrial environment. This includes, but is not restricted to elective courses like Multinational Corporations and Emerging Markets and International Business Strategy.

It is a challenging time for organizations worldwide to cope up with the dynamism of business processes and strategies. The need of the hour for the organizations are human resources who can employ effective methodologies and erudite techniques to deliver results strategically. In this respect, I believe the Great Lakes graduates you recruit will be an asset to your organization.

With this brief note, Great Lakes announces the onset of placement drive for AY 2021-22. We take immense pleasure in welcoming you all to correspond, network, and recruit the best-fit talent from our campus for your organizational needs.
