Dr. Mayank Sewak is a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA. He also holds a Masters of International Business from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad and a Bachelors in Science (with Honors) in Chemistry from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.

His research focuses on the strategies and management of multinational enterprises, specifically examining the HQ-Subsidiary relationship and how the subsidiaries of these global corporations develop and build their knowledge resources and networks in emerging markets such as India.

Prior to joining the academia, he has worked for the Indian Conglomerate – Mahindra and Mahindra and the professional services firm Deloitte. These allowed him to gain experience in multinational corporations and operations in emerging markets. He has been instrumental in developing strategies for large corporations and managing relationships with key clients, industry agencies, coordinated corporate planning exercises as well as managed key initiatives.
