Mrinmoy is a faculty member of OB HR at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. He has previously held full-time teaching positions at the International Management Institute Delhi, Goa Institute of Management and FLAME University. His work focuses on precarious work practices, new forms of workers’ organisations, platform economy, and labour informality.
Additionally, he is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered coach who occasionally mentors executives and students.
