Abid Bashir holds a PhD in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. He has completed his MBA (Finance) from Aligarh Muslim University. His research interests lie in the areas of market efficiency, investor sentiment, investor attention, climate finance, and tourism economics. He has published several papers in journals such as Managerial Finance (ABDC - B), Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics (ABDC- A), and Tourism Economics (ABDC - A). Some of his papers are currently under review. He is interested in teaching courses like Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Financial Derivatives.
