Dr. Abid Bashir holds a PhD in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. He has completed his MBA (Finance) from Aligarh Muslim University. His research interests lie in the areas of market efficiency, investor sentiment, investor attention, climate finance, and sustainability. He has published several papers in journals such as International Review of Economics and Finance (ABDC-A), Managerial Finance (ABDC-B), and Journal of Emerging Market Finance (ABDC-B). He is interested in teaching courses like Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Financial Derivatives.
