I interned with Barclays for two months as a part of my summer internship. I cracked this opportunity through on - campus recruitment; it was one of the rigorous selection processes of four rounds. Working for a big brand like Barclays, at the start of my ca reer, seemed surreal.

It was primarily a workforce analytics project aimed at improving the net promoter score for the business and also to improve its employee performance. HR analytics is a relatively new phenomenon.
