Welcome to the Great Lakes Institute of Management Gurgaon!

We are a young, nimble, and agile school. We are entrepreneurial in every sense of the term. We scout for opportunities, experiment, learn, and are always action-oriented. It is therefore no surprise that we were one of the earliest schools in India to embrace the analytics revolution, one of the first to fast track AI adoption, introduce lab-based learning in business school, and balance between skills and knowledge. The fact that we are the youngest double-crown (AMBA and AACSB) B-School in India is testament to the above.

As a community of faculty and staff, we remain highly focused on student development. The success of our students is our success. Success is two fold here: immediate outcomes (learning and jobs) and long-term (critical thinking, learning to learn, well-being, etc.)
Our alumni have done us proud by launching and sustaining successful careers across sectors. Today, you will find Great Lakes Gurgaon students doing well across a variety of sectors including top consulting firms, established manufacturing firms, and emerging high-growth startups. They are creating impact by their actions. Nothing makes us prouder than this.

Our faculty have been our foundation. Great Lakes Gurgaon is known for delivering world-class teaching experience. Our students love their faculty. We spend a large amount of our time searching and curating the right faculty for our students. Apart from being great teachers, many of our faculty members are also among the leading scholars in the world in their respective discipline. We continue to increase our contribution to thought leadership and impact in the real world through research, executive education, and consultancy. Our faculty deliver impact both in the classroom and in the real world. For instance, our Center of Excellence for Sustainable Development works closely with a variety of stakeholders to both generate thought leadership as well as deliver real impact.

Above all else, the world needs good human beings. From the beginning Great Lakes Gurgaon has always been keen to ensure that the value system is developed within our students. Our Karma Yoga program enables students to develop social consciousness and be responsible citizens for both industry and society.
