PGPM 2025–26 Commencement Program

Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, welcomed the 16th Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) cohort — christened "The Alchemists" — at its Commencement Ceremony on 20 May 2026. The ceremony began with the traditional Lamp-Lighting Ceremony, symbolizing enlightenment.

The Program Director, PGPM, formally welcomed the incoming 16th PGPM batch, setting the tone for an intensive and transformative year ahead.

Dr. Jones Mathew, Former Principal & Head of Institution, delivered the Welcome Address and formally named the incoming class "The Alchemists", continuing the institute's tradition of giving each batch an identity that reflects its collective spirit and aspirations.

Delivering the Commencement Address, Mr. Kunwar Himmat Singh, Director – Corporate Affairs, Nestlé South Asia Region, shared insights from his corporate journey, offering students valuable perspectives on building a meaningful career, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading with purpose.

Prof. Poornima Gupta, Program Director – PGDM, proposed the Vote of Thanks. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, followed by the traditional batch photograph with the Chief Guest and faculty.
