The PGPM class of 2026 concluded another successful placement season, reaffirming Great Lakes Institute of Management's strong standing among leading recruiters across consulting, technology, analytics, healthcare, retail, and financial services. Despite a dynamic hiring environment, the cohort secured opportunities with both long-standing recruiting partners including Accenture Strategy, Accenture ATCI, Accenture AIOC Data Science, ADP, Cognizant, Decathlon, Deloitte, KPMG, and Tiger Analytics, along with 40+ new organizations including Alvarez & Marsal, Apollo Homecare, EY Studio+, Fractal Analytics, London Stock Exchange and TVS Supply Chain, reflecting the industry's continued confidence in Great Lakes talent.

The average CTC increased to ?18 lakhs, while the highest CTC reached ?39.6 lakhs. The batch also achieved an impressive 2.6x growth on their average incoming CTC, demonstrating the transformational career acceleration delivered by the one-year PGPM.

The profiles offered to students include diverse roles like Consultant, Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing, Executive Strategist, Product Manager, Business Transformation Specialist, Finance Associate, Product Owner, Sr. Lead – Finance Business Operations, etc.

Technology Consulting was the largest recruiting sector, accounting for 38% of offers, followed by Business Consulting (14%), and Technology (13%). Recruiters from Healthcare & HealthTech, BFSI & FinTech, Analytics Consulting, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, HR Services, and other emerging sectors further strengthened the diversity of opportunities available to students.

From a functional perspective, Business Consulting emerged as the largest hiring domain with 37% of offers, followed by Business Analyst (10%), Operations (9%), Analytics (8%), Sales & Marketing (8%), General Management (7%), and Technology Consulting (5%).
