Dr. Chavi holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Delhi, South Campus, along with an MBA in Business Economics and a BA (Hons.) in Economics from SRCC. With over 23 years of experience across academia and the corporate sector, including a five-year stint at Nielsen, she blends deep theoretical knowledge with practical insight. For the past 16 years, she has been engaged in teaching, research supervision, and mentoring, with academic interests in Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, and Business Research.
