Ms. Arora is pursuing her PhD in Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. She also holds a master’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree (Hons.) in commerce.
Her research examines the intersections of creativity, meaningful work, and organizational design, with a particular focus on how structural factors such as decentralization and formalization shape employee experiences and outcomes. She is the recipient of the Monica L. Lee Award for Research Excellence (2026) by the Academy of Human Resource Development, for her co-authored publication in on meaningful work in the digital age.
