Swapnil Sahoo holds a Ph.D. from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. With 17 years of extensive corporate experience, he has held senior strategic roles at leading organizations such as Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Mahindra, and most recently, as Global Partnership Head at 42Gears Mobility Pvt Ltd. In these roles, he excelled in building relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers across various industries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.

His research focuses on entrepreneurial resourcefulness, emphasizing Neurodiversity, Dynamic Capabilities, Frugal Innovation, Jugaad, Bricolage, Effectuation, and Family Business Dynamics. Swapnil’s work explores how businesses creatively leverage limited resources to drive growth and innovation, embodying the spirit of jugaad in resource-constrained environments. His research includes multiple projects currently under review in prestigious journals.

An advocate for continuous learning and innovation, Swapnil fosters a collaborative and mentoring-oriented approach in both academia and professional spaces. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications from Utkal University (ITER) and an MBA with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB).

Co-conduct a Management Development Program (MDP) for 75 officers of the Indian Revenue Service at the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Delhi Campus, along with Prof. S.K. Palhan.
