The campus placement process for the PGDM Class of 2018, witnessed an excellent season with participation from marquee recruiters like Deloitte, ZS Associates in Consulting, Barclays, Crisil, DHFL, HDFC, ICICI & JP Morgan in BFSI, CavinKare, ITC, Lotte India & Nestle in FMCG, Accenture, Cognizant, HCL, HP, Infosys, L&T in IT/ITES, Daimler, Dell, Hero Motocorp in Manufacturing and Airtel, Infoedge & Shopclues in other sectors to name a few. The average CTC of the batch was 9.3 Lakhs p.a. and the highest CTC offered was 18.12 Lakhs p.a.

Students were offered roles across BFSI, Consulting, E-commerce, FMCG, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Telecom. BFSI (43%) was the largest recruiting sector followed by IT/ITES (25%), Consulting (7%), FMCG (7%) and Manufacturing (7%).

  • Highest ever participation of companies and record number of offers across diverse industries
  • 52 Corporates participated in the placement process, 18 of which were first time recruiters
  • HDFC and ICICI emerged as the largest recruiters with 8 employment offers each for PGDM
  • BFSI continued to be the largest recruiting sector with 43% of the batch taking up roles in this industry followed by IT/ITES (25%), Consulting (7%), FMCG (7%) & Manufacturing (7%)
