For Faculty
We are actively looking to strengthen our exceptional faculty base with a focus on high-quality research. The school actively promotes research and has achieved a significant increase in research productivity in the last two years, the bulk of which is in A* and A level journals of the ABDC. Naturally, we provide state-of-the art resources for active scholars and offer liberal financial incentives for high-quality international peer-reviewed research publications. We offer a remuneration that is in line with the top 10% of private business schools in India and an incentive structure that is liberal and designed to encourage high-quality research and teaching.
Teaching Assistants (NON - TEACHING PROFILE / Teaching Assistant)
Domain - Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Operations & Data Analytics
Description - The role includes supporting non-teaching activities such as attending lectures, conducting tutorials, tracking attendance, grading, and assisting in research tasks like data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Duties may also involve invigilation and assessments, with classes on weekdays or weekends.

Brand Marketing Manager
Department: Brand Marketing
Description: The role involves driving brand visibility through campaigns, content creation, and collaborations, while managing website updates, SEO, and performance marketing to generate leads. It includes end-to-end program marketing for FPM tracks, aligning efforts with admissions targets. The position also requires managing agencies and stakeholders to deliver campaigns effectively. Candidates need 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, strong content skills, and proven ability to handle multiple projects and partners.
Assistant Manager
Department: Human Resource
The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll administration, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and recruitment support. The position is responsible for maintaining HR records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies, coordinating payroll and benefits administration, and supporting employee welfare initiatives. The role also includes driving employee engagement programs, maintaining accurate HR documentation with strict confidentiality, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems/tools
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment

Senior Manager
Department: Corporate Relations & Industry Outreach
The role involves driving corporate relations and industry outreach to build and sustain strong partnerships for campus recruitment, internships, and experiential learning opportunities for full-time management students. It is responsible for end-to-end placement and internship lifecycle management, including lead generation, corporate engagement, and conversion of new recruiter accounts through structured outreach. The position requires building and maintaining relationships with senior industry leaders such as CHROs, CXOs, and functional heads, while ensuring a strong pipeline of hiring opportunities.
It also includes planning and executing corporate engagement initiatives such as leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, and workshops in alignment with institutional objectives. The role demands close coordination with internal stakeholders including alumni, faculty, admissions, marketing, and administration teams to strengthen industry connect and enhance placement outcomes.
- 8–10 years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or B2B roles within higher education or related sectors
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
- Proven experience in engaging with senior corporate leaders (CHROs, CXOs, functional heads)
- Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
