Summer Internship placement process for the fourth batch of PGDM Class of 2015-17, the Pandyas,was a resounding success this year again. A plethora of reputed corporates like Amazon, Apollo Hospitals, Ashok Leyland, Axis Bank, Cushman & Wakefield, Dell, Fiat India, Ford, IFMR Capital, IndusInd Bank, Mafoi Group, Mindtree, MSD, Reserve Bank of India, Tata Advanced Systems, Tiger Analytics, TVS Electronics, and Virtusa to name a few have offered internship opportunities to the students from Great Lakes.

Key Highlights

All 102 students participating in the process (16 opted for projects on their own – off campus) received offers from 42 diverse set of companies across Analytics, Consulting, Finance, Operations and Sales & Marketing Domains.
First time offers by reputed Corporates like Ashok Leyland, Caratlane, Cartesian Consulting, Hitachi Payments, IFMR Capital, Mafoi Group, Orix Auto Infrastructure and TVS Electronics.
Maximum profiles offered in Sales & Marketing (40%) followed by Operations (25%) and Finance (21%)
Highest stipend of INR 1,20,000 and average stipend of INR 36,000 offered for the internship

Maximum offers were made byIT/ITES (30%) followed by Auto/Auto components (21%), BFSI (13%) industry. Other offers came from sectors like E-commerce, Consulting, Analytics, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Retail.
