PGPM Placement Report 2026
The PGPM class of 2026 concluded another successful placement season with strong participation from leading organizations across consulting, technology, analytics, GCCs, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and digital businesses. The placement season also witnessed participation from 15+ new recruiters, including Alvarez & Marsal GCC, AmexGBT, Evocus, Newgen, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, and Vinculum Group, apart from marquee recruiters like Accenture AIOC, Accenture ATCI, Cognizant, Deloitte India, Deloitte USI, Tiger Analytics, WNS Procurement and ZS Associates, demonstrating sustained industry confidence in Great Lakes Gurgaon talent.
The batch secured the highest ever placement outcome with the average CTC increasing to ?16.2 lakhs, while the highest CTC stood at ?34.5 lakhs. The average post-MBA CTC was 2.6x the average incoming CTC, reaffirming the significant career acceleration and value delivered by the one-year PGPM.
Students secured opportunities across a wide range of business-critical roles, including Consultant, Business Transformation Lead, Decision Analytics Consultant, Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, Assistant Brand Manager, and Operations Manager.
IT/ITES emerged as the largest recruiting industry with 41% of offers, followed by Consulting (30%), and Analytics (11%). Recruitment spanned a diverse set of business functions, with students taking up roles across Analytics (21%), Functional Consulting (17%), Business Consulting (11%), Marketing & Sales (11%), and the rest across Digital Consulting, Strategy, Product Management, Operations, and more, highlighting the program's ability to prepare professionals for leadership careers across industries.
