PGPM 2025 Placement Report

The PGPM Class of 2025 achieved remarkable success during the placement season with several marquee corporates including Deloitte, Accenture, ZS Associates, Cognizant, Tiger Analytics and Great Learning making offers across diverse industries and functions. The batch secured an average CTC of 15.1 lakhs per annum. The average post-MBA CTC was 2.5x of the average incoming CTC of the batch, testifying the exceptional career growth attained by PGPM students in 1 year.

Top roles offered include Business Consultant, Key Account Business Development Manager, Associate Product Manager, Presales & Marketing Specialist, Technical Project Coordinator, Senior Executive – Marketing, Decision Science Practitioner, E-Commerce Team Lead, Senior Associate Consultant, Business Development Manager, Decision Analytics Associate Consultant, etc.

IT/ITES emerged as the largest recruiting industry making 27% of the offers, followed by Business Consulting and Tech Consulting making 25% and 21% of the offers respectively. The season also featured participation from new age industries such as Analytics, Healthtech, Internet Business, and Gaming.

Roles were offered across various functions including Business, Digital, and Functional Consulting, which constituted 45% of the offers. 21% of the offers were in Analytics, while Digital Ops accounted for 14% of the offers, and the remaining 20% spanned across Product Management, Marketing, Enterprise Sales, and Operations.

  • Offers made by a diverse set of companies across Analytics, Consulting, Internet Business, Healthtech and IT/ITES
  • Infosys was the largest recruiter, followed by Accenture and Deloitte
  • Highest domestic CTC offered was 22.1 Lakhs per annum by a leading multinational consulting firm
  • Average CTC offered to the batch was 15.1 lakhs per annum
  • The average post-MBA CTC was 2.5x the pre-MBA CTC for the batch
  • 52% of the students with pre-MBA IT/ITES experience transitioned to diverse roles such as Functional Consulting, Product Management, Analytics and Enterprise Sales
