Ms. Angelin Vilma holds a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s School of Management Studies, affiliated with Madras University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Alagappa University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras focusing on cross-cultural impacts and the transparency paradox in agile teams.

Before this, she served as an Assistant Professor at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering and Technology for six years, where she taught challenging courses in HRM and Strategy. Additionally, she gained valuable industry experience as an HR Executive at Quantum Leap Consulting, where she handled Employee Engagement, Recruitment, and Event Management. Outside of her academic roles, Ms. Vilma also contributed as a Placement Coordinator and Event Organizer.
