About the Summit

Great Lakes is proud to present the first Great Lakes Human Resource Conclave.
India, traditionally known as a labor intensive country has also in the past two decades been acknowledged as an intellectual powerhouse. Nowhere in the world would one be able to come across such cultural diversity, exceptional talent, high skill level and fierce loyalty – all rolled into one! In today’s world where business is transacted at the speed of thought, workforce of such caliber is hard to find. Countries such as India and China who are extremely rich in human capital are under the scanner as the emerging economic powers of tomorrow. The stage is thus set for us to realize the value of this potential, identify and groom our intellectual community to put India on the unstoppable path to economic and social supremacy.
Keeping in mind the contemporary issues pertaining to cross continental businesses and geographically diverse workforces the main theme of the Conclave is "Managing Human Capital in the globalized business environment".
The summit will see HR leaders from well known and highly respected companies offer unique perspectives on doing business with a global presence.

Benefits of Participation
