PGDM Internship Report 2025

Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, continued to be a top choice for recruiters during the Summer Internship program for the PGDM class of 2024-26. This season featured participation from esteemed regular corporates like KPMG, Deloitte, Vedanta, Bajaj Finance, Atomberg, Ashok Leyland, and Hafele, among others.

Additionally, 35+ new corporates joined the roster, including prominent names such as Adani Ports, Times of India, HDFC Bank, Taj Hotels, Aditya Birla Money, Dr. Reddy’s, and Publicis Sapient. Internships were offered across a wide array of domains, encompassing Marketing & Sales, Strategy, Consulting, Digital Operations, Finance, Product Management, Analytics, and Business Development.

Key Highlights

  • 35+ new recruiters provided internship opportunities to students across diverse domains such as Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Finance, HR, Strategy, and more
  • Recruiters in the Advertising, Marketing & Market Research industries made the maximum offers (17%), followed by BFSI & Fintech (14%), FMCG, FMCD & Retail (13%), and Consulting (10%)
  • Sales, Marketing, and Market Research accounted for the highest proportion of roles offered (38%), followed by Finance (21%), Operations & Digital Operations (9%), Analytics (8%), and Business Development (7%)
  • Business Consulting role offered the highest stipend of 80,000 per month
