Dr. Satish Kalra is currently Professor of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management. He has earned his PhD from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai in Social Sciences. Dr. Kalra has rich academic experience of 37 years spanning premier B Schools like NITIE, IIM Lucknow, MDI, and IMI. Dr. Kalra was one of the founding faculty members at IIM Lucknow where he held various key administrative positions including Officiating Director. Prior to his academic experience, Dr. Kalra had worked in industry for 5 years at RCF and TCS.

Dr. Kalra is a very active researcher with about 90 peer reviewed research publications in national and international journals. He has been a Visiting Scholar at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
