From Cognizant's development floors to Senior Director at Factspan, Mrinal Jha's journey shows how technical expertise can evolve into strategic leadership through continuous learning and purposeful growth.

Coming from a Computer Science Engineering background, Mrinal began his career as a software developer at Cognizant, steadily progressing to a tech lead role over 3.5 years. This foundational phase strengthened his technical skills and introduced him to the power of collaborative problem-solving. But Mrinal was eager to expand his perspective beyond code and delivery.

He pursued the PGPM program at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai in 2014. That one year, filled with diverse experiences, intellectual rigor, and deep peer connections, helped shape him into a well-rounded professional. It was here that he learned to blend analytical thinking with emotional intelligence, building the leadership traits that continue to guide him today.

Over the past 12+ years, Mrinal has worked at the intersection of technology, data, and leadership with top-tier organizations such as TCS GCP, Accenture Strategy, MiQ, and Factspan. His journey has taken him across industries, driving enterprise data strategies, building scalable analytics platforms, and leading global teams through high-impact transformation programs.

Today, as a Senior Director, he focuses on unlocking business value through data while fostering a culture of innovation and empowerment.
