Q1. Please describe your role and responsibilities as Director at Neysh Ideas Private Limited

As the director of Neysh Ideas, I am responsible for creating innovative content marketing solutions for brands to increase both organic reach and consumer engagement.

Q2. How did COVID/ Pandemic affect your work/ team's work? What are some ways that students/professionals can use to overcome difficult, unprecedented times such as these?

COVID brought a brief tightening of budgets for brands and challenges with respect to execution of ideas. This led to finding cost-effective approaches to creating content and making teams lean. This also brought about the utilisation of video communication platforms like Zoom, to help bring the ideas to life, remotely.

In times like this, adaptability will be of paramount importance. Finding solutions that fit the needs of the client in an innovative manner, helps! The point is to look past the roadblocks and focus on reaching the destination.

Q3. Has your way of thinking in the business world changed post your journey at GLIM? Can you give us an example?

The fundamental difference between the idea of the business world before and after GLIM is similar to that of the unorganized to organized sectors. GLIM has helped me understand how the corporate world functions, the frameworks they abide by and how to set myself up for success with them.

Q4. What is one of the most valuable things that you took from your education at Great Lakes?

As our late Dear Uncle Bala said Network = Networth. It just applies beautifully in the world we live in.

Another important thing that GLIM has helped me understand is that one can’t build a skyscraper without having a solid foundation to support it and GLIM has been the foundation to my journey to becoming a successful business owner.
