Great Lakes Partners with People Matters for L&D Conclave


Great Lakes has entered into a partnership with ‘People Matters’, a leading knowledge and media platform in the HR/L&D space. People Matters is currently working on setting up a Learning & Development league, and Great Lakes is the academic partner for the same. The L&D league consists of close to 160 L&D heads across India, with more L&D heads joining the league every month. The L&D league is a platform for L&D heads of corporations share their thoughts on L&D and best practices.

As People Matters’ academic partner, Great Lakes contributes to the Learning and development in India several ways which include:

Providing insights on hot L&D topics relevant today including:


  • The focus areas for L&D interventions in Indian companies
  • Hot and emerging L&D trends
  • Points to note while selecting an L&D partner
  • Training delivery models among Indian corporations
  • L&D technologies and how they help
