The PGPM Program of Great Lakes attracts a diverse pool of exceptionally talented candidates with a minimum of two years of experience. Students are selected based on Aptitude Test Scores, an Analytical Writing Test apart from an Interview process which assesses the all-round personality of the candidates. The class of 2019, Ninjas’, overall profile is rich and diverse with an average work experience of 3.4 years, average age of 25.5 years, and with prior work experiences in profiles such as digital marketing, analytics, infrastructure finance, sales & marketing and project management in industries ranging across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Media, IT, etc. Consequently each candidate brings unique perspectives to the class, which results in rich peer learning.
