TITANS, PGPM CLASS OF 2014
The campus placement process for the PGPM Class of 2014 with 45 students witnessed participation from a significantly large and diverse set of recruiters offering high quality profiles. 47 companies participated in the placement process in 2014 compared to 34 in 2013giving students a much larger set of opportunities to apply to and across diverse sectors such as Technology, Analytics, E-Commerce, FMCG, Consulting and BFSI.
- 47 Corporates participated in Campus Recruitment Program, an increase of 27% over the previous year.
- Highest numbers of offers were made in Sales & Marketing, followed by Finance & Analytics.
- High proportion of recruiters in emerging growth areas like E-Commerce and Analytics for any top business school in India.
- Average CTC of INR 9.15 lakhs and highest domestic offer of INR 12.5 lakhs.
The 2014 placement season saw a 27% increase in the number of recruiters for the PGPM batch including a large number of first time recruiters. HCL was the largest recruiter and companies which made offer for the first time include Videocon, Tupperware, Intuit, Just Dial, Infozech, etc. Emerging areas like E-Commerce and Analytics again saw significant participation with companies like Jabong, Justdial, Oxigen, Shopclues, American Express, Bridgei2i, etc., making final offers.The maximum offers were made for Sales and Marketing, followed by Finance and Analytics.
Average CTC stood at INR 9.15 Lakhs/annum with 72% of the offered students receiving 8-10 Lakhs annum and 14% receiving over INR 10 Lakhs/annum. IT major Cognizant made the highest domestic offer for a Business Analyst role.
