Team Admin of Great Lakes organized personality development program for its employees from Feb 28 – Mar 2, 2019 as part of ‘Staff Development Program’ at campus. The training session consisted of Personal effectiveness and Purposeful Communication by Dr S Swaminathan and Dr Mythili Venkiteeswaran. With 42 participants, the session covered in depth training on topics such as how to understand oneself, build self-esteem, assertiveness and understanding the process of communications. The program also consisted of engaging group discussions, live tests and one-one interactions and concluded with a valedictory function graced and addressed by Dr C R Rajan, Director – Corporate Learning & Development and Mr. Subaash, General Manager – Admin & HR, Great Lakes. Employees shared positive remarks on the workshop, and thanked Team Admin for offering a great learning program.
